DESCRIPTION:Join us for a short business meeting followed by a Presentation by Candice Buchanan from the Library of Congress. \n“Local History & Genealogy Research at the Library of Congress” – This presentation highlights the collections\, services\, and resources available at the Library of Congress that may assist researchers interested in conducting genealogical research. Including the size of our collections\, a brief history\, basic genealogical research methods\, how to search our online catalog\, and digital collections available from home. \nIf Covid-19 restrictions permit it we will be meeting in person at the Dallas Public Library.
