From Whence They Came
Millions of people immigrated to this country. This seminar will help you understand why they left, how they got here and how to trace their steps with an emphasis on the British Isles. Paul Milner, professional genealogist and international lecturer, will give four lectures on Saturday, March 12, 2016.
Paul Milner
Paul Milner has specialized in British Isles genealogical research for over 30 years. He was raised in England and settled in the United States in 1975. Paul has been designing workshops and lecturing to a wide variety of audiences for over 35 years. As a genealogist he speaks on a variety of topics relating to research in the British Isles, migration to North America and research methodology. Paul is a past board member of the Association to Professional Genealogists, the Federation of Genealogical Societies and the Genealogical Speakers Guild.

As a genealogist he speaks on a variety of topics relating to research in the British Isles, migration to North America and research methodology. Paul has specialized in British Isles genealogical research for over 30 years. He was raised in England and settled in the United States in 1975. He has been designing workshops and lecturing to a wide variety of audiences for over 35 years.
Paul holds an advanced degree in theology and is particularly knowledgeable about the church and its role in record keeping. He is the author of several books:
