The process and techniques used for researching any ethnic group’s family history are much the same. You will, however, find challenges and roadblocks that are more common when researching African American Ancestry. Mr McCarty will present tips, tools, guidelines to overcome these challenges. He will use them to demonstrate the success he had using them.

Larry McCarty has been doing genealogy research for over 30. His research and documentation of his family’s history has led to a significant discovery that today has national interest.
