Help us reach our 2023 North Texas Giving Day goal

The Dallas Genealogical Society is participating in the 2023 North Texas Giving Day campaign. Our goal is to raise $6,500 to continue providing patrons of the Genealogy & History Division of the Dallas Public Library with access to NewspaperArchive.com and HistoryGEO.com.

Thanks to the generosity of several DGS members, we have established a matching fund: Donations will be matched dollar for dollar for the first $800 in donations made through the DGS page on the North Texas Giving Day website.

Join us from 1:00 to 4:00 pm CDT on the 8th floor of the J Erik Jonsson library on September 21 as we celebrate the final day of the campaign. DGS volunteers will be helping visitors begin their family tree and helping them find information about their past in the NewsPaperArchive.com and HistoryGEO.com databases.
