The following is a transcription of the N. R. Crozier Technical High School PTA Hospitality Book kept by the Executive Committee from September 10, 1948 to April 19, 1951. The ledger was found in items discarded from the home economics department at the school when it was closed. Interspersed between the ledger entries are a few newspaper articles related to the meetings. These were retrieved from The Dallas Morning News and are not mentioned in the ledger.
N. R. Crozier Technical High School was named for Norman R. Crozier, a former principal, in 1942. Located at 2214 Bryan Street in downtown Dallas, the building has also had the names: Central High School, Dallas High School (1907-1917), Bryan Street High School (1917-1928), Dallas Technical High School (1928-1942), Crozier Technical High School (1942-1975), and Business Management Center (1975-1995). Walter J. E. Schiebel1 was principal of the school from 1942 until 1966.
